What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Your deposit is non-refundable.

Notice of cancellation must be in writing. Our cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 120 days before departure: loss of deposit
• Between 120 and 60 days before departure: 50% of tour cost
• Fewer than 60 days before departure: 100% of tour cost
