Day 1 Meet up at the first hotel in Tokyo
Meet your group and settle into our first hotel in Tokyo. Mingle and make friends!

Day 2 Trip to Nagoya, Arimatsu Indigo Dyeing Workshop
Visit Arimatsu indigo dyeing town with 400 years of history and enjoy the special Indigo Dyeing Ori-nui workshop (dyeing and stitching), which other tourists will never be able to experience!

Day 3 Himeji Castle and the Organic Indigo Dyeing Workshop
Travel to Himeji: mind-blowing Himeji Castle, the best-preserved castle in Japan with over 400 years of history. The most entertaining indigo dyeing workshop in the afternoon. Travel to Kyoto.

Day 4 The Kimono Stencil Workshop, Sashiko Lab Workshop and the 10,000 Torii Gates Shrine in Kyoto!
The highlight of the tour: kimono stencilling with the Living National Treasures! They have been dedicating their kimonos to the Japanese royal family for 300 years. The next-level sashiko workshop and the best sightseeing spot in Kyoto!

Day 5 Cherry Blossoms, Kyoto Antique Market and Kyoto Textile Art Workshop!
The secret cherry blossom spot in Kyoto, followed by the Kyoto Antique Market with over 1,000 stalls. Find your otakara (treasure): an antique kimono you can treasure for the rest of your life! The tsumami zaiku textile art workshop is mind-blowing!

Day 6 Travel back to Tokyo and Nippori Textile Town
Nippori Textile Town is sewists' heaven! Over 50 sewing and textile shops are jam-packed into one district in Tokyo. We will take you to the two best shops, which we have known for a long time. Shop fabrics at wholesale prices!

Day 7 Noriko Endo Confetti Quilting Workshop
The highlight of this tour: the Noriko Endo Confetti Quilting workshop, all day! She has been teaching her confetti quilting at the Houston Quilt Festival for 17 years in a row! The epic way to end the tour. What an unforgettable 7 days!
